During my stay, I found the Genesee Grand to be a mix of convenience and disappointment. The hotel's proximity to Syracuse University is a definite plus, making it great for visiting families. However, the service could really use improvement, and the air conditioning inadequate made my nights pretty uncomfortable. Overall, it served its purpose but left much to be desired.
